Reader’s Edyn

I always felt like I could do something more than just read. Finally, I have found both a creative outlet and a chance to do something meaningful with my reading. This blog was created in appreciation of and tribute to all of the authors who have brought me joy through their books. These reviews are my way of giving back to authors and providing recognition for the hard work that each one completes every day!

Seeking Tips and Tricks

Seeking Tips and Tricks

OK my Reading – Reviewing – Blogging Friends! I am in a bit of a pickle and need any and all advice from you!

I am having problems consistently posting on the Blog. I desperately want to get back to reading and reviewing, but my time is so limited these days.  I really want to have a post a day, but that was a bit too ambitious, I fear. I did pretty well back in June because I was scheduling posts, but I was reading only novellas in order to get posts done and I don’t want to feel like I am confined to only reading novellas. They can be great, but I usually want a bit more substance in my reads.

Another thing I would like to incorporate in the blog is a home-based business with a direct sales company I joined up with about 6 months ago. I’d like to blog about my experience with the products as I use them. I don’t want to have 2 blogs, so I want to intertwine them, but keep the main focus with the reviewing. After all, that is why I started this blog in the first place.

So can you guys tell me what type of posting schedule works for you? How often do you post? How often to you get a chance to read? Do you only post specific types of posts on specific days? I was doing a lot of tours a couple of years ago, but I haven’t gotten back in to that because I have yet to figure out a good schedule for me with posting. Any input or ideas – examples of posting schedules – whatever you can provide would be greatly appreciated! I appreciate each one of you and thank you so much!
